We start with dry beans, soak them, then slowly cook with aromatics. Once cooled, they’re mixed with brown rice, chopped veggies, diced ham and a house made Dijon/brown sugar vinaigrette. End result - a delicious cold salad that can be eaten as a side or with thick chips as a dip.
