We offer weekly meal delivery to your front porch or office, special occasion menus for your home or office celebrations, charcuterie boards, and community support during tough times.
Our meals are made locally, in a commercial kitchen, and delivered by an in house driving team. Everything is already cooked, all you have to do is reheat.
With a new menu each week and over 150 dishes on rotation, there is always something new to choose from. We typically deliver our regular menu items on Tuesdays & Wednesdays and all of our meal prep options are available only by pre-order.
New menus open each Thursday morning and close on Friday evening for delivery the following Tuesday or on Monday evening for Wednesday delivery.
We also regularly offer “special menus” at the end of the week: Baller Mom Boards, Fajita Fridays, and Fill the Freezer menus. And we always do holiday menus for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and summer holidays. Those will be posted on our website as they are offered.
We currently deliver to all of the zip codes listed below. Our website is designed so that if a zip code we don’t (yet) cover is entered in the delivery section, the cart checkout cannot be processed.
75039, 75041, 75042, 75043, 75044, 75074, 75081, 75082, 75048, 75094, 75095
75201, 75204, 75205, 75206, 75209, 75214, 75218, 75219, 75220, 75225, 75228, 75229, 75230, 75231, 75234, 75235, 75238, 75240, 75243, 75244, 75251
Delivery is free for orders of $125 or more, $7.50 for orders of $40 or more. And $10 for orders under $40. (These order minimums are based on pre-tax cart totals) For those who would like to avoid a delivery fee, we do offer a short window for curbside pick up from our commercial kitchen, located at Midway & Northwest Highway in Dallas.
We love to add new zip codes, but we have to make sure there is enough interest first. First, we look for at least 50 subscribers in that zip code for our weekly newsletter. Once we hit that number, we will reach out to those folks to gauge interest in ordering.
If we do open a new zip code, it is on a 60 day trial basis. If the interest translates to regular orders, that zip code becomes part of our regular coverage area. You can sign up for our emails here, and don’t forget to share it with your neighbors so y’all can get to 50 quickly.
Our drivers are not outsourced from a third party company. They work directly for us and they are paid by the stop. As you can imagine, it is a hard position to fill, but we have been very lucky to have some great people in that role who have stayed with us long term. They drive their own vehicles and take out up to 15 deliveries at a time. Their hourly income is determined by how efficiently they move through their route. So when they linger on a porch, instead of just dropping off and moving on to their next stop, it reduces their income. In order to respect and honor our drivers and their commitment to our company and to our customers, we do not have them wait for someone to come to the door to receive the food.
Our kitchen is closed to the public. We have exclusive leasing rights to a commercial kitchen on a church property. Our landlord is an amazing partner and they are happy for us to have people coming on campus for curbside pick up, but we do not have a storefront. Our kitchen is at the back of another building and there just isn’t a practical way to receive drop in visitors.
We try to offer at least two vegetarian or vegan dishes each week. You will see items marks as KETO or Low Carb. And we use the term “gluten friendly” vs gluten free, as our kitchen is not designed to be able to ensure the complete absence of cross contamination from gluten products.
We have cooked for NBA prospects while they are training for the combine. We have also done daily meal service for college athletes. These are custom plans, designed for the individual caloric and nutritional needs of the athlete, created in a partnership with a registered dietician. To set up a consultation for this kind of service please email us at info@ballermomkitchen.com
Due to our operational systems, we can only accommodate the most basic modification requests - like no cheese, or no red onions. SInce we cook in large batches and then cool it down before plating and packaging, If the ingredient is something that is cooked into the dish, we will not be able to accommodate that modification request. However, if it is something that is added to the dish during plating, we are happy to say yes to that request.
We offer “drop off catering” as well as full service catering. We have provided catering for everything from at home parties, to hotel weddings, graduation events, team banquettes, pregame meals, pre show meals, office luncheons, teacher appreciation luncheons, non profit galas, and student council lock ins.
We would love to submit a proposal for your next celebration. Please reach out to us at events@ballermomkitchen.com
With over 150 items on our menu, we have chosen not to publish our whole menu at once, Our website will always show our current weekly menus as well as our catering menu.
As a small business, we cannot honor every request we receive, but we say yes to as many as we can - especially if the request is coming from a regular customer. Email us at info@ballermomkitchen.com and someone from our team will get back to you quickly.
We have a small staff and an awesome work environment and company culture. Positions that are sometimes available are:
Delivery Driver: Our drivers are independent contractors who drive their own vehicles. They are paid by the stop, as well as a mileage rate that fluctuates based on current gas prices.
Prep Cook: We are especially interested in considering part time cooks who are available on Sunday and/or Monday.
