Seamus’s Glazed Lemon Loaf


The youngest baller brother is the pickiest eater of the bunch. We used to say he would survive on ritz crackers (which he called tiny hills crackers) and apple juice if we let him. 
Thankfully, his palette has expanded at least a little and he’s discovered that he really enjoys baking. His contribution to this menu is a decadent lemon loaf made with fresh squeezed lemon juice, lemon zest, and sour cream. After cooking it’s finished with a light lemon icing. 
Available in one pound or half pound loaves.
