Peanut Noodle Salad (Serves 1+)


Thai inspired and vegan…. Whole wheat spaghetti, edamame, julienned, carrots and red bell peppers, scallions, and crushed peanuts - all tossed in our house made peanut sauce and garnished with cilantro and shaved serranos. Add a side of chicken or shrimp to increase the protein!

Protein Details (protein packaged separately):
CHICKEN: 4 oz of sliced perfectly cooked herb marinated chicken breast 
SHRIMP: 5 U25 tail on shrimp, marinated and then roasted
