WW Mandarin Chicken Salad
Chicken breast slow cooked with aromatics like ginger, garlic, and scallion is shredded and served on top of a salad made with snow peas, scallions, crushed peanuts, mandarin orange segments, julienned cabbage, carrots, and red bell pepper. Our house made sesame ginger vinaigrette comes on the side. High in fiber and protein, low in calories, simple carbs, and gluten.
