Cranberry Croissant Bread Pudding (Frozen)


Tasted tested by the boys who unanimously picked this version! We start with cream cheese whipped with a little vanilla, lemon juice and lemon zest, and stuff the croissants with this filling. Then we slice them into bite sized pieces, soak them in an egg custard, and place dollops of house made cranberry compote throughout the dish. 

You bake it off at home and depending on your whim, add some syrup for a decadent holiday breakfast, or add some ice cream for a delicious holiday dessert. 

Small is 8x8 and serves 4. Large is 9x13 and serves 8+
