Farro, green lentils and arugula are the base for fresh cucumber, tomato, harissa, hummus and feta. Greek dressing comes on the side. This recipe created by one of our favorite past employees who is a student at Belmont College.

These recipes were developed to include whole, non-processed foods, no refined sugar, and limited carbs. Most of these items are dairy free and well under 500 calories per generous serving!
