This spicy dip is made from black beans blended with caramelized onions, tomatoes, cilantro, lime, garlic and LOTS of spices. This is smoky and spicy with just a hint of acidity. Delicious as a dip with Fritos and veggies, or use it to make tostadas or burritos for a meatless meal. My favorite German basketball player once told my oldest son, “Tell your Mom that’s some bangin' bean dip.”
