Jack’s Cart Style Chicken & Rice (serves 1-4)

The oldest baller brother, Jack, is a long time foodie who has been working in restaurants for a few years now. Inspired by a famous halal spot, Jack came up with this dish for the BMK menu.
The chicken is marinated for 24 hours in a blend of 12 spices, olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest. The basmati rice mimics some of those same flavors and adds turmeric for additional depth and color. It’s served with diced tomatoes, pickled red onions, pita, and our own version of the famous “white sauce”.
