Detox Veggie Soup (Frozen, Serves 3+)

A bowl full of vitamins, this vegan soup features lots of veggies. The recipe will change a little, based on market options, but we typically incorporate most of the following: Carrots, celery, onions, squash, zucchini, green and purple cabbage, red chili flakes, oregano, and kale. Fiber, anti-oxidants, anti-inflammatories, vitamins, and minerals. Give your body a boost with some of this goodness. Comes in a quart sized container.
