Chimichurri Steak Bowl

Marinated skirt steak is sliced thin and placed on a bed of brown rice. Our house made Chimichurri sauce is so good, you will want to eat it with a spoon. Diced tomatoes come on the side so you can add them after warming the dish. This is such a delicious combination of flavors.
