All of the Tex Mex goodness is happening here. Starting with a pound of expertly prepped butterflied (U25) shrimp, perfectly seasoned and sautéed. To that, we add fresh cut sautéed bell peppers and onions, corn tortillas from a local tortilleria, lime wedges and our arroz verde - cilantro rice with some serious flavor depth.
If you'd like a little something extra, you can add whole ripe avocados to your order.
